In addition to the standard maple and oak, exotic hardwood end panels are available at extra cost. Shown below (L to R) are Ebiara (Red Zebrawood), Yellowheart, Black Walnut, African Sapele, and Roasted Ash.

All prices are in USD and do not include shipping or customs duty and brokerage fees if applicable. Shipping by Expedited Mail (USPS) is recommended for U.S. shipments. Regular parcel mail is recommended for shipping within Canada. International shipments are by International Xpresspost. Rates quoted on request. Most Mapletree components are available for 240 VAC/50 Hz operation at no additional charge.

All components carry a 90 day warranty on tubes including shipping of replacement tubes and a 2-year warranty on other parts. Parts and service will be provided free of charge exclusive of shipping costs.

A stock unit (without custom parts or cosmetics) can be returned for a refund (exclusive of shipping) within 10 days if it is found not to meet the customer's requirements due to system incompatibilities.

Ordering:

You can place an order by email. Once the details of your order are established (options, if any, chassis color, etc.), payment can be made by PayPal al@mapletreeaudio.com (preferred), money order, or bank check. Upon receipt of payment or PayPal notification, you will receive by email a copy of your invoice to confirm your payment, order details, shipping address, etc. Your order will then be placed in the order queue. When your order is shipped, you will be notified as to shipping date, and method of shipment. Trakking number will be supplied on request.

Shipping:

Expedited Parcel Post mail service is recommended for shipments within N. America. Xpresspost service is available at extra cost and is recommended for international shipment.
