Ordering:

You can place an order by phone or email. Once the details of your order are established (options, if any, chassis color, etc.), payment can be made by PayPal, money order, or bank check. Upon receipt of payment or PayPal notication, you will receive by email a copy of your invoice to confirm your payment, order details, shipping address, etc. Your order will then be placed in the order queue which you can view from the MAD web site. When your order is shipped, the shipping date, method, and tracking number will be displayed on the queue page.

Shipping:

Xpresspost mail service is recommended for all shipments within N. America and world-wide. For countries without Xpresspost service, air mail is recommended. Xpresspost includes a tracking number which can be used to verify delivery.
