Airmail or surface mail are recommended for other international customers. Rates quoted on request. Most Mapletree components are available for 240 VAC/50 Hz operation at no additional charge.
Kits carry a 90 day warranty on tubes. If you are unable to achieve a properly working unit after completion of a kit, and are unable to correct the problem by consultation with Mapletree Audio Design, the unit will be serviced free of charge exclusive of shipping costs.
Assembled units carry a 90 day warranty on tubes including shipping and a 2-year warranty on other parts. Parts and service will be provided free of charge exclusive of shipping costs.
A stock assembled unit (without custom parts or cosmetics) can be returned for a refund (exclusive of shipping and PayPal fees where applicable) within 10 days if it is found to not meet the customer's requirements due to system incompatibilities.
